Gaming League

Looking for alittle input from the COD4 community, I am going to be putting up a Xbox (COD4 for now) gaming community, including a league. I have a good idea of how I'm going to create it and how it is going to run. But I would like some input, what would you like to see in a gaming community and gaming league for xbox?
